Colt Army Special Double Action Revolver, #345203, .38 cal., 5'' barrel, blue finish, checkered hard rubber ''Colt'' marked grips, half-round front sight and frame notched rear sight. Revolver also features a niter blue finish on the trigger and top of hammer. Top of barrel with two-line address and ''July 4, 1905'' last patent date. Mfg'd 1912. Metal rates fair with approx. 40% original blue and some pitting on the cylinder and barrel. Grips are good; flat borders with scattered small scratches and impressions; checkering is mostly clean.
